South Dade High School's wrestling dynasty continues to reign supreme as they clinched their 25th state championship title, further solidifying their status as one of the most dominant programs in Florida's wrestling history. The Bucs showcased their unparalleled talent and determination by winning the 3A division for an astounding 11th consecutive year, a remarkable feat that underscores their unrivaled excellence on the mat.

With a staggering display of prowess, South Dade qualified an impressive 10 wrestlers for the finals, setting the stage for a commanding performance in the championship matches. In a display of sheer dominance, six of these wrestlers emerged victorious, matching the team's record for most individual state champions in a single tournament.

The Bucs left no doubt about their superiority as they amassed a staggering 274.5 points, securing the team title with a commanding lead of 155 points over their closest competitor. This remarkable point total not only highlighted their collective strength but also marked the highest score South Dade has ever achieved in the state tournament, a testament to their unwavering dedication and skill.

Leading the charge were South Dade's six state champions, each demonstrating exceptional talent and determination in their respective weight classes. Bryan Morales triumphed in the 106-pound division, while Elvis Solis Jr. claimed victory in the 138-pound category. Gavin Balmeceda showcased his prowess in the 165-pound weight class, while Kevin Olavarria dominated the 175-pound division. Christopher Sanchez emerged victorious in the 190-pound category, and Sawyer Bartelt capped off the impressive list of champions with a win in the 215-pound weight class.
